Make a Payment

If your loan has passed its due date, you’ll get a text reminder with a link to make your payment.

You can also click on Make a Payment right here on the PennCU website homepage.

Use your account number and date of birth to lookup your account, then set your 4-digit PIN (remember this PIN for future use).

You can then set up your payment method from any external debit card or checking account.

Once you have completed setting up your payment method, you can go to the payment tab, select which account from the drop-down and complete your payment.

A $5.99 convenience fee applies (this fee goes to our payments partner, not to PennCU), which is much more cost-effective than a $20 late fee.

You may opt-out of receiving these texts by replying “STOP”. If you opt-out of receiving texts, you can still make payments on the penncu.org homepage.

You can also use Make a Payment to pay on a negative share or share draft account or to make a share or share draft deposit.

My credit union means a great deal to me and my family because you offer great rates on personal loans and mortgages.  The customer service is out of this world and you are always friendly and courteous.

Do you have an idea how GREAT my Credit Union is? Not only do they know me by name, have a personal relationship with me and the other staff at The Inquirer & Daily News, they are the warmest financial institution that I know. One of the very first things when I started working here was being told that “You have to join the Credit Union!!” I was ok. I didn’t know what the big deal was. Now I do!!! Not only for the convenience, for the warmth, for the staff knowing our needs and helping in any way possible to make sure that we have great vacations, new/used cars, tuition payments, computer loans!!! I can call with questions and get answers. We recently had a retiree pass and his family was not sure what to do – do you know who helped him?  THE CREDIT UNION!!  I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

Sometimes the easiest way to say just what something means to you is to start with its definition!  Well, the word UNION is defined as “a club, society, or association formed by people with a common interest or purpose”  OK…that was simple!   But no, it’s really much more than that of course.

A CREDIT union offers SUPPORT, it provides comfort, and when utilized properly with the assistance of real people, showing a person, a family, a community how to make the best use of its services, a Federal CREDIT Union is truly an essential part of society! And, no matter its name, location or affiliations, I absolutely know MY Credit Union is dedicated to support. And that is REALLY simple!
